As a member of the QVC Vendor Community, you are invited to attend one of our monthly 2022 Live Vendor Onboarding Open Office Hours from 11:00 AM – 12:00PM EST, on the following dates:

As a pre-requisite, please make sure you have watched all the New Vendor Onboarding webinars that were listed as a requirement in your New Vendor Welcome Email.

We have outlined below the dates/times for the order in which we will have a department subject matter expert on with us to answer any questions you may have after viewing all the required webinar recordings.

These insightful videos that are listed in your New Vendor Welcome email are designed to provide you with a “hands on” look into many of the business units you will encounter throughout your partnership with HSN & QVC. You will also discover valuable tools that will drive the day-to-day operations of your businesses.

During these Live Vendor Onboarding Open Office Hours, you will connect directly with subject matter experts throughout the QVC and HSN business and will be given the opportunity to ask questions about HSN & QVC’s processes and requirements. Having this critical information up front is key to your success!

New Vendor Onboarding Open Office Hours is optional, however, the New Vendor Onboarding recorded webinars are mandatory. Please ensure that your employee(s) register and view the webinar(s) applicable to their role(s) within your organization. While these webinars are intended for new vendors, all vendors are welcome to register and view.
